"Dharma centers are of utmost importance in the world today. They give people the opportunity to learn about karma and compassion. However many members a center has, that many people are making this incredible contribution to the world. All these benefits come from every person who helps the center exist, develop and do its work."

-- Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Spiritual Director of the
Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition

Kadampa Center operates solely on the generosity of your donations. Without your support we would not exist.

Your donations to Kadampa Center, allow the Center to offer an incredible array of classes in the spiritual program, support our spiritual teacher, Geshe Gelek, as well as pay the mundane but necessary costs of rent, utilities, supplies, and staff personnel.

The Buddha once said that if we really understood the karmic benefits of generosity, we would very quickly give away everything we had!

If you need even more incentive than that, please remember that donations to Kadampa Center are tax deductible, as we are a registered 501(c)(3) corporation.

We accept checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard (mailing address). We can also set up a recurring transaction on a credit card or you may make a one-time donation by contacting us. You can set up recurring transactions by contacting your bank. There is a donation box in the Gompa for you convenience in depositing your weekly donation to support the center. Please contact our accountant if you need any additional information about donations.

Please also consider becoming a member. Our members are precious to us. In return for becoming a member, you will receive benefits that are available only for you, such as discounts on bookstore items and borrowing ability from our library. Please see the Membership page for additional information.
