About Us

Bookstore

The Kadampa Center Bookstore serves the members, students and visitors of the center by providing a wide variety of books on Buddhism, as well as Dharma ritual and gift items. The Bookstore is run by members, all on a volunteer basis, for the benefit of all beings. The proceeds go into a special fund to raise money to build a long life Stupa. Lama Zopa Rinpoche, the Spiritual Director of the FPMT, has directed Kadampa Center to build such a Stupa for the purpose of benefiting any sentient beings who may come in contact with it.

The Bookstore is located inside the center, operating in a convenient self-service style. For information on how to purchase items, see the FAQ.

We are open whenever the center is open - for teachings, meditation sessions, discussion group meetings, social gatherings and special events. Dan Brooks, the volunteer Bookstore Manager is always glad to handle any questions, suggestions or requests you may have about the Bookstore.
