This *free* class will be offered in person only at Kadampa Center

Thanksgiving is just around the corner!  Want to include nutritious, plant-based foods that EVERYone can enjoy?

During this fun and informative cooking class, you will learn how to make (and sample!) *three* super easy recipes using *three* ingredients each!

So, what's on the menu for Thanksgiving dinner this year? 

  • Hearty and scrumptious Mushroom Stroganoff
  • Delicious and nutritious Oven-roasted Veggies
  • And for dessert: a tasty Apple Tart 

BONUS: There will also be a tutorial on roasting vegetables and making cashew creme (yum!)…as good for you as it is for the turkey!!
