Khensur Rinpoche Jetsun Lobsang Delek will offer teachings on the Eight Verses of Thought Transformation.

This text by Kadampa Geshe Langri Tangpa (1054 -1123) is a classic lojong (mind training) text on how to use adverse circumstances as the basis for spiritual development.

Saturdays at 10:30am, Nov. 5, and Nov. 19.

These teachings are posted on our calendar to begin at 10:30 am; however, there is an exception to the start time on Nov. 5 when Khensur Rinpoche will begin the Refuge Ceremony at 10:30 am.  The teachings on the Eight Verses of Thought Transformation will begin immediately after refuge.  All are welcome to attend the Refuge Ceremony

Sera Jey Khensur Rinpoche Jetsun Lobsang Delek, the former abbot of Sera Jey Monastic University in southern India and of Gyüme Tantric College, one of the foremost teachers of the "Five Major Texts" at Sera Jey, one of the last living masters educated at Sera Jey Monastery in Tibet - and, the last living teacher of our own beloved Resident Geshes, Geshe Gelek Chodha and Geshe Palden Sangpo - will offer these teachings.
