Help paint the Buddha throne!
Primary tabs
Help paint the beautiful new throne for our Buddha statue! Come reconnect with each other (just a few at a time), with our Center, and with the beautiful shrine beginning to emerge in our grounds. From September 21 through September 25, we are painting the new throne, a seat of honor for the Buddha. |
Volunteers will work under the guidance of Jampal Hyolmo, the expert dharma artist who also built our stupa.
We ask volunteers to wear a face mask and observe social distancing.
Here are the time slots available each day, Monday through Friday. We can have up to three volunteers at a time, so that with Jampal, we have one person per side of the throne. Volunteers may sign up for more than one time slot!
