Rinpoche will visit Kadampa Center in Raleigh, Saturday, September 11, and begin Light of the Path 2010 Retreat in Black Mountain on Sunday, September 12, 2010. Retreat ends on Sunday, September 26.

Come join us on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at 7:00 pm as Kadampa Center hosts Lhakpa, a Tibetan born in exile who, over the course of eight months, is riding his motorcycle through 22 countries promoting awareness of the history and plight of Tibet. Lhakpa’s journey begins on March 10, 2010, (Tibetan Uprising Day) at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, and ends eight months later at the seat of the Tibetan government in Exile in Dharmsala, India. Raleigh will be one of the first stops on his journey.
